This machine features two workstations and it is suitable for small to medium batches of complex workpieces that require six side machining.
This CNC machine features an ISO program, that can be easily set by the operator to manage all parameters of production, retrieve data from previous productions and register the work cycles.

• Stress-relief heat treated, electro-welded steel structure
• Electro-mechanical indexed horizontal axis main table, controlled by a high precision gearbox reducer driven by a synchronous brushless servomotor (with integrated absolute encoder)
• N°2 electro-mechanical, horizontal axis satellite rotary tables (180°), controlled by a high precision gearbox reducer driven by a synchronous brushless servomotor (with integrated absolute encoder)
• N°2 self centering clamping device with rotary sanding discs (+/- 180°), controlled by a high precision gearbox reducer driven by a synchronous brushless servomotor (with integrated absolute encoder)
• N°2 3-axis machining center:                                                                 –  horizontal transverse X-axis stroke = 400mm                                                 –  vertical Y-axis stroke = 400mm                                                                        –  horizontal Z-axis (RAM) stroke = 660mm.
        Both machining centers feature a synchronous high-speed milling electro-spindle and tool magazines.
• Operating Unit for special machining, driven by linear motor.
